Waterway Development in Kelapa Dua Starts

East Jakarta Water Management starts to develop a waterway under Jl Darussalam, Kelapa Dua Wetan, Ciracas towards Rawa Babon Reservoir, precisely on north side of the sluice gate. It is conducted to overcome inundation during rainy season.

Separately, East Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept Head, Ahmad Yazied Bustomi added, the waterway was deliberately made in diameter of 1 meter thus water from Rawa Babon Reservoir not overflow into the connecting channel. Its development is targeted to be complete in three days.
